• ThumbnailClaire knocked on Charles’ door, curious, excited, and yet wondering if she had lost her mind. The door opened and she saw the same emotions mirrored in Charles’ eyes as he let her in. She smiled as she realized, “he wonders if he’s crazy, if I will think he is, yet he can’t wait to find [...]

  • ThumbnailClaire had decided to film everything she did, and this took more courage than she’d ever had before. She’d thought it through and decided that complete honesty was more important than her pride or her dignity. But it was more than than. She sensed that Charles would understand, and she trusted that he had no questionable [...]

The somewhere in betweens, the edges, are where all the action is. Cell walls, boundaries of forests and meadows, steep chasms where there is a terrific updraft upon which eagles soar, fringe groups that introduce radical ideas that eventually make their way into mainstream society. Mental nudity – beyond the fringe. Mental nudists take that [...]

Who is in control? Who has the power to transform the other? She [...]

”Physical shapes hold memories” – this is why we hold onto the most ridiculous things, isn’t it? I have my father’s watch, a big clumsy ugly thing but it is something he wore every day while I was growing up. On a whim I asked him if I could have it, since he no longer wears it. When I hold it, memories rush in.

I thoroughly enjoyed the interplay of ideas. I had to laugh at SpiritEv’s description of imagination and creativity coming from stillness. As I know how imaginative and creative ByLine can be and cannot imagine him ever being still…more of an 8-track than a Zen monk. But maybe I need to be still to imagine his [...]

How absorbing…I can’t wait to read more. I feel her in my bones…we are so used to who we think we are, and believe we are so in control of our lives. I am fascinated by the twists and turns of your mind, sir!

She closed the door behind her, hearing the loud click and panicking, wondering if that was indeed the sound of the door locking behind her. Taking a deep breath, she stood there a moment, exhaled, and walked across [...]

Stripped bare of rhythm and rhyme, syllables and sentence, what is left? Is there still a poem? I believe that as long as someone remains that sees you, that feels you, your poetry is heard.

Ok. Well…in a sense, you’re the boss here, since you’ve been given world control. And she doesn’t have to go into the details of her boss’s reactions, I suppose.

@ admin Somehow, her sexual practices in the privacy of her bedroom seem…none of her boss’s business. And is it really dishonesty? And what have you done to my avatar?!! ;-)

So you are saying, she shouldn’t have altered her “normal” behavior, even though it was of a decidedly private nature?

ThumbnailShe set up a “hidden” camera in every room, so she could watch the tapes and follow her movements throughout the house. For the first week, she simply erased the tapes and taped over them. She was still too aware of the cameras. Starting about midway through the second week, however, she began gradually slipping into her [...]
